6 Options How to Run The Pallet Recycling Biz Without Owning a Truck

Option #1

Starting out, schedule several pickups and deliveries on a single morning or afternoon

Rent the flatbed truck on the morning you are going to execute those pickups and deliveries. 

Example: Pick up 150 pallets from supplier A... 

Deliver them to buyer A at $8.00 per unit which equals $1200.00 profit. 

Then go to supplier B that same morning and pick up 150 heavy duty pallets... 

Deliver them to Buyer B at $10.00 per unit which would equal $1500.00 for your second load. 

Your gross profit is $2700.00

Pay the $200.00 for the rental +

$40.00 for gas. 

Your net for a few hours of work would be $2460.00

​Scout the places I tell you to go the rest of the week and repeat that process. Also realize the customers that ordered this week will order next week as well... and the next week, and the next week...  

You then will have plenty of money left over to go out and buy a flatbed (12ft long x 8ft wide) 

Then it's time to put this biz in overdrive.  

Option #2

Buy an older F150 8 cylinder full sized bed. 

You can fit about 50 pallets on a full sized pick up bed. (its in the training)  Requires a few extra loads to fulfill orders but the upside is, your initial overhead is low. 

Option #3

Borrow a friends trailer and use an SUV to pull it. (if you have one). 

Pay him or her a percentage or flat fee for the use of his or her trailer. 

Option #4

Go in with a partner in the biz and split the cost of the training and the truck rental or purchase

Option #5

Work the brokering model that is taught in the course 

Make ongoing week after week passive income on the brokering deals I teach you to set up. No truck needed.  

Option #6  

Work the spec pallet brokering model  

Which is also passive income

No truck is needed.

That is for 3 straps and strap cranks and an invoice book.  (this would be for -if you are actually moving pallets from A to B.)

Let's me explain it this way.  Let's say you locate a supplier locally using the list that is in the training.  And that business has 1000 pallets and there are 5 different sizes and 3 different styles of pallets within that 1000 pallets.  If you as a pallet student have learned where to sell all those different styles of pallets but the other untrained individual or even pallet yard only knows how to move one style (which is the case normally) then who is serving the supplier better, You or the untrained individual or pallet yard.  Of course you are. Having this knowledge will lead to getting pallets for free but also getting you exclusivity for those pallets for decades to come. 

Even in situation where we are having to buy certain size pallets for $1  to $3 but we are able to sell them for $10 to $16 that is still a great profit margin. 

Because it is through the decades of experience and expertise that I put the course together. I am selling the knowledge and experience to help people find a different, more efficient, low overhead way for you to make money with pallet recycling.  

Do you ask a doctor why they are charging you to perform a service? Not at all! That doctor paid for years of schooling to learn how to be a doctor. You pay him for the knowledge. Same with college. You pay to go to college to learn something that you do not know. 

Same thing here. You are paying to learn how to run a pallet business from someone that has done it for over 25 years. 

You absolutely DO NOT have to buy my course, you can go out and figure it out on your own for free.

However, that of course will  take you many years to learn when you could be taking a short cut and learn from someone that has and is doing it for decades.  It's completely your decision. 

You might want to hope so.  In just about any given city there are thousands of pallet opportunities that are available. This applies for suppliers and buyers.  No individual will be able to work even a small fraction of them nor will you need to in order to make a strong income.  

In addition, being able to work with other knowledgeable students will provide you with deals where you can work in tandem while getting established.  Example you have acquired a supply of 500 pallets and since its your first few days in the business you are in need of a buyer.  This is a perfect situation to reach out to another students that may be able to provide you with a buyer at least temporarily. 

These are considered win/ win/ win/ win situations.  You win, the other student wins, the supplier wins and the buyer wins.  There is no need to become partners with another student.  This can be considered a short term solution to a problem.  Its a great strategy for students just starting the business.
